Protein A Purification Affinity Chromatography Agarose Resin

Protein A-agarose resin is made with our own recombinant Protein A and conjugated to 6% highly cross-linked agarose beads capable of fast chromatography flow rates in both gravity, or in FPLC applications.  Our resins integrate seamlessly in standard antibody purification protocols and are loaded with 3mg/ml of Protein A, making them capable of binding significantly more IgG than comparable 2mg/ml loaded resins. Resin is provided as 50% (v/v) slurries in storage solution.
