We optimize scFv single-chain antibodies for high expression and decreased tendency to aggregate. This makes them inexpensive and easy to use. We have considerable expertise in generating scFv constructs that result in highly-soluble and properly-folded scFv antibodies in prokaryotic systems. Our in-house functionality assay ability allows us to generate binding constant data for each scFv antibody we produce.
